Inverter charger no AC output when Inverting

Inverter Charger.  NO Ac output when inverting. 

Is search watts turned on?  Search watts turns the inverter on and off looking for a load.  If load is not present it turns the inverter back off and does not output AC. 

Check search watts on unit set up tab of remote: 

Move arrow on right of the display to the unit setup tab,  Press enter button.  01 Search watts should appear.  Press enter again.  If set to a wattage range use the down button to go all the way down to 5 watts and lower until screen says off.  Press enter button to save this setting.  Hit back button to go back on main menu. 

Does it now output AC? 

If not on the remote check the ac output screen in the unit readings tab.  Move arrow to unit readings tab, Press enter.  Use down button to get to ac output screen. 

If no AC is shown on the screen check ac output screws on the inverter. 

Check all terminal block screws, in particular the ones holding wires coming from inside the unit. ( In the red circle shown on the diagram below) 

If loose they will limit pass and output 

At the terminal block screws: 

Check output voltage 

As well as between ground and hot 1 output.   

If no ac is measured here try a hard reset on the inverter.
